Natalie (Tilly) Whittle
Tilly has been involved in many forms of creative activity including landscape gardening and metalwork sculpture, but painting has been her main interest for several years. Her current townscape works are created from her imagination but include fragments of real places or incidents from her own life. Tilly is interested in the denial of perspective in order to create an image that works on two levels; each scene may be viewed from a distance as texture or pattern whilst only closer examination reveals hidden humour and detail.
