Terms and Conditions
These are the Terms and Conditions of Tamar Valley Art, Hame, Kingswood Road, Gunnislake, Cornwall PL18 9DF, United Kingdom.
Our Terms and Conditions apply to all our sales. The placement of an order is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Goods will not be supplied on a trial basis, nor on a sales or return basis.

Prices are subject to VAT and exclude Postage & Packing.

Payment has to accompany the order; no credit will be given.

Cheques and postal orders are to be made payable to ‘Tamar Valley Art’.

For international orders (outside the United Kingdom), there will be a surcharge. Please check with us before ordering and sending payment.

The costs of represented or returned cheques will be charged for in full.

All goods remain our property until fully paid for.

All goods are subject to availability.

Where goods are out of stock, these will be supplied when available, without further notification.

We will send the goods to the customer’s address, unless otherwise stated.

We aim to deliver within 5 – 10 working days of receipt of the order (in the UK), but please allow up to 30 days.

Should you require delivery by a specific date, we will do our best but cannot be held liable if we do not deliver by that specific date.

If there is any damage to the goods, or items are missing, please report this in writing to us within 3 working days. We reserve the right to reject claims for damaged or missing items if the above procedure is not followed.

We shall not be liable for delivery delays or failure to supply goods.

We shall not in any circumstances whatsoever and however arising, be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Private customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 working days after receipt of the goods, by sending us a written cancellation letter. They must return the goods to us at their own costs. These goods need to be unused, in good condition and in their original packaging. We will then credit the value of the returned items less the cost of Postage and Packing.

We reserve the right to exercise complete discretion in respect of offers and discounts, which may be varied or withdrawn at any time, without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual, organization, agent or company.
